Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty.
Please note that if you cancel an order after the Product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us or at the store you collected it from at your cost and within 10 days of the cancellation of your order. How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a Product after it has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost by any of the following methods:
Free Returns to store you picked it from.
You can return any Product you no longer require to your nearest supplier's store with proof of purchase. However, please note that some items like sand , brick, stones are unable to accept returns for Products purchased online.
To return an item you can either:
Drop it off at your nearest supplier's branch.
Post office return is not available for items over 1m in length and 2kg in weight. For these items please call our customer service team for further advice.
We also offer a carrier pick up service, however, depending on the circumstances, this may incur a charge. For more information call our customer service team.
